Terms of Sale

By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price. Dispatch times mentioned on the website are only to be used as fair indicators for the delivery times and under no circumstances to be considered as a promise of delivery times. Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays,non availability of the product due to manufacturing delays or force majeure for which Cassidinae will not be responsible.Under the circumstances where the product is not dispatched Cassidinae  holds the right to refund the customer the amount(if paid by the customer in advance) or cancel the order. Depending upon various circumstances the refund can take upto 6-90 days.  Cassidinae holds the right to cancel any order without any prior intimation.  There can be a variation in the picture shown in the website for the purpose of making a sale and the actual product that is delivered. By choosing to make a purchase you agree that it would be in our jurisdiction to refund the purchase amount if and when such a variation happens.

In order to contract with Cassidinae you must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit or debit card issued by a bank acceptable to us. Cassidinae  retains the right to refuse any request made by you. If your order is accepted we will inform you by email and we will confirm the identity of the party which you have contracted with. This will usually be Cassidinae  or may in some cases be a third party. Where a contract is made with a third party Cassidinae  is not acting as either agent or principal and the contract is made between yourself and that third party and will be subject to the terms of sale which they supply you. When placing an order you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorised user of the credit or debit card used to place your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. The cost of foreign products and services may fluctuate. All prices advertised are subject to such changes.

Our Contract

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been recieved and approved by us.

a. Pricing and Availability

Whilst we try and ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund. You can only cancel the order before it has shipped. Any cancellation after the product has been shipped from our site will not be applicable for refund. Where applicable, prices are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.

The Service may contain typographical errors or other errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to refuse to fill any orders that you may place based on information on the Service that may contain errors or inaccuracies, including, without limitation, errors, inaccuracies or out-of-date information regarding pricing, shipping, payment terms, or return policies.

Cassidinae reserves the right to change the price of any product without prior notice.  The change in price of products will only be applicable on the orders that have been placed after the time of price revision, The vlaue of orders placed prior to the price change wont be affected.

b. Payment

Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Goods will not be dispatched until this pre-authorisation check has been completed. Your card will be debited once the order has been accepted.
